Currently,the study of high school students' Mathematics Grade influence mainly from the student's individual factors,family factors and other factors and classes to study.Individual factors include students into the school entrance examination math every day in math time invested,student sex,whether to participate in tutoring in school,whether the child,from urban or rural areas;family factors,including parents' education level,parental occupation,family economic income;classes in school level,the main focus is whether the class,the class teacher's teaching experience,past achievements in teaching teachers,and whether teacher math teacher,etc.Since each student is in a different family environment,the situation is not the same for each class,in the same class of students and because of different family circumstances are different,so each constitutes a personal individual level test scores as the dependent variable,into the school entrance examination scores,gender,put in day time,whether to participate in tutoring,whether only child,layer-1 model from other regions as independent variables,the class hierarchy is the intercept layer-1 and the constant term is variable,class-level focus on whether the class,the teacher seniority,past results teacher,math teacher to teacher whether layer-2 model argument.Therefore,this article aims to establish a hierarchical linear model to study the factors which layer a greater impact on student achievement,each level in which factors affect larger.From the analysis results of the final statistical model,the individual level layer of the-1 model,every time,the gender of the students for boys from the city,was significantly correlated to the high school mathematics achievement and students' mathematics achievement of senior high school entrance examination,students participate in extracurricular training and is negatively related to math students,only child for math little relationship the family background,the layers of the-2 model,the influence degree is very small,but statistically not significant,the class as a background layer of the-2 model,classes focus on class,the teacher has outstanding achievements in teaching,teacher for math teacher was positively correlated with the final math students,which is a negative correlation between seniority and math teacher,but has little effect.The academic achievement of the students should pay more attention to the student and the class information.Therefore,teachers in the actual teaching process,should arouse students' interest in mathematics,so that students are willing to spend more time learning in mathematics up,but also strive to improve their teaching level in order to better teaching.
