Research On The Implementation Status Of Kindergarten Plantation Activities

The planting garden is an essential hardware resource for a kindergarten.Planting activities are important for promoting the healthy development of children both physically and mentally.This study's purpose is to learn the presently planting activities' implementation situation of kindergarten,find out problems and analyze their factors,and we can put forward some educating suggestions to offer useful references for planting activities.This study uses interview method and observation method.Firstly,by analyzing the interview and observation materials,the researcher knew the presently planting activities' implementation situation of kindergarten.Secondly,combined with all of the materials,the researcher summarized the influencing factors of implement result of planting activities,including kindergartens'factors,teachers'factors and parents'factors.And then,the researcher made conclusions of this study.That is,Smaller planting garden have not been fully utilized,;Teachers are lack of a objective system; The actions in planting garden are rich;Teaching plan is not perfect or there is no teaching plan;There are kinds of the organizations of planting activities;as a supporter, cooperator and guider, teachers enter into the planting activities;Influencing factors of planting activities are intricate and complex.Based on that,the researcher put forward some suggestions as follows.Firstly,kindergarten should carry out planting activities in the most effective and efficient manner; Secondly,teachers should promote their own professional development in an active and earnest way;Lastly,We should leading parents to participate in the implementation of planting activities.Finally,the research was summarized.
