Thematic-fantasy play is a kind of creative games in kindergarten. Research shows that some kindergarten teachers have misconceptions and wrong practices about thematic-fantasy play, leading to the play show a "heavy light show game" phenomenon. This paper attempts ensuring the premise of the game, to explore how to develop children'ability to perform.Combining literature and practical information, researcher try to analyze basic elements of children'acting ability,to explain the development process of it,and to explore what the factors influence the development.This study uses action research method as basic method,using observation and interview method to collect data.The researcher got about 30 hours video data of children' play in the eight months.Based on the transcription of the data for analysis,the researcher review and analyze the progress of children undertaking the play,trying to show the development progress of children'performance ability in the study.To refer to other professors'division of children'drama ability,combining with the research collecting data, researcher divide the ability of children'performance into cognitive ability, thinking ability, expression ability, cooperation ability. According to the analysis,this study finding that children gone from concept unfamiliar to the familiar in the process of conceptual cognitive abilities. The ability of thinking which is concluding planning the overall play, plaiting the plots and reflecting the play. The children gradually from passive obedient into active planners, thinkers, and reflective. In terms of expression, children can not only use language or single expression to shape the role, but also with the language, action and expression and other means to a comprehensive, vivid interpretation of the role.In cooperation capacity.by discussing.dividing the labor cooperation, cooperating with each other,the children can play the game with companion.Combination with observation data and the interview data, the research explores the internal factors and external factors for the development of children'performance ability.Under the influence of themselves,teachers and peers,the children got progress in the comprehensive activity. On this basis,the researcher gives some suggestions to conduct the thematic-fantasy play so that the play can do better. To hope to help the one who wants to organize the play.
