Thematic-fantasy Play has a unique educational value to the development of children. As an autonomous game activity, children are the main of the game. But without teachers’ guidance, it will be hard for the activity to be carried out, for teachers’ coaching and organizational capability in the game will influence the quality of the activity directly. Therefore, the author focuses on researching the current status of thematic-fantasy play in the kindergarten.This research mainly refers to the relevant content about teachers’ coaching and organizational capability in the game in Pre-School Children’s Game written by Qiu Xueqing and The Guidance and Implementation of Kindergarten’s Creative Play edited by Lin Jing. Drawing on the views of tutor and teachers in non-integrated A kindergarten, the author makes a "The Current Situation of Kindergarten’s Thematic-Fantasy Play Questionnaire" and the interview outline. Furthermore, the author designs a "The Developing Conditions of Kindergarten’s Thematic-Fantasy Play Observation Scale" on the basis of observational need. Through the statistics and analysis of the first-hand data collected by the author, the author summarizes the problems existing in the development of Kindergarten’s thematic-fantasy play and its causes. On this basis, the author proposes suggestions to improve the development of Kindergarten’s thematic-fantasy play. The author hopes that this study can provide a true sample to kindergarten to help the smooth implement of "regarding game as the basic activities" and evoke front-line teachers’attention and emphasis on the organization and guidance of thematic-fantasy play and help front-line teachers to reflect on their own deficiencies exposing in the development of game activities, thereby improving the quality of the development of kindergarten’s thematic-fantasy play.
