| Young teachers in Colleges and universities is the main bearer of talent training,The growth of young teachers in Colleges and universities is directly related to the quality of talents training.The growth and development of young teachers is an important topic in the development of university teachers.To investigate the teaching status,scientific research status,living conditions of young teachers in Guizhou province and analyz the difficulties and challenges in the process of teachers’ development.The results show that the young teachers in Colleges and universities have a lot of deficiencies in the professional quality.Disadvantages including professional knowledge structure is not reasonable,teaching methods need to be improved,interaction between teachers and students is not frequent,low professional identity,independent development consciousness is not strong.Besides,the operating environment of the growth mechanism of young teachers in Colleges and universities needs to be improved.The bureaucracy management system weakens the teachers’ self sovereignty.In addition,teacher training does not match with the professional development of young teachers.These are far from the goals and standards of teaching engineers.In order to solve the difficulties in the growth of young teachers,competency model reference teaching engineer,to explore the growth mechanism of young teachers’ scientific and reasonable.Based on the analysis of the present situation of young teachers and the diffities,we propose the development mechanism of university teachers from the perspective of teaching engineers.With the plight of young university teachers,we providing the strategy ananlysis from the main aspects: young teachers themselves and external mechanism construction.For example,improve the awareness of young teachers to develop their own independent development and improve the mechanism of teacher training and job evaluation. |
