Competitions among countries in the21st century includescience and technology, economy and so on, the most competitiveis the talent. Talent cannot do without education, cannot dowithout the teacher. Young teachers who are the backbone of theteachers’ group and the development of hope are the main forceof school long-term development, bearing the talentscultivation, scientific research, discipline construction,and social services, etc. To explore the significance of youthteacher’s professional development of primary and secondaryschools is extremely important because the stage of primary andsecondary schools is children neurological development specialperiod, and the growth of the child is under the influence ofteachers。 Therefore, this stage is an urgent need forprofessional teacher guidance and cultivation. Current studyof young teachers’ professional growth is more around theactual experience of teacher’s professional developmentprocess, few research is about the way to promote teacher’sprofessional development, especially in the perspective ofvalue identity of teacher professional development mechanismresearch. Therefore, the author based on the previous studies,attempts to explore the relevant mechanism for the growth of young teachers, in order to make a little contribution for thedevelopment of the young teachers.The teacher is so important to the national futuredevelopment of children that it is quite necessary to explorethe role of teachers in the second chapter of this paper. Itis necessary to identify teachers’ roles scientific andreasonable. Teachers are ordinary as well educationprofessionals. The corrective view of teachers’ role ishelpful for teachers’ professional quality and requirements。The third chapter analyzes the connotation of teacherprofessionalization from dynamic and static angle, throughliterature shows the young teacher professional developmentdilemma。The fourth chapter makes a comparative study on the mode ofdomestic and foreign teachers’ professional growth. Twosections show the success of the teacher education andexcellent foreign teachers’ professional growth model cannotdo without the care of the humanistic spirit, namely the valueidentity。The fourth chapter of the article then analyzes the valueidentity, focusing on the professional development of teachersand the approval of others and teachers’ professional development and self-identity relation analysis. The resultsshowed that the approval of others is the external power forthe professional development of teachers, self-identity is theinternal driving force of professional development of teachers.Identification of value reasonably can promote the teachers’professional growth。The last chapter in the value perspective, carrys on thesystem design to the professional growth of young teachers,including the construction of their own identity,"mechanismconstruction of one-stop", such as teacher training, teachercertification system, teachers select evaluation mechanism andthe exit mechanism teacher, a teacher professional improvementthe growth mechanism of the building in order to really promotethe young teachers’ professional development.
