With the popularization of higher education, the number of young teachers in colleges and universities is increasing day by day.According to the relevant data published by the Ministry of Education, young teachers have become the main force of teachers in colleges and universities, and they play an important role in the development of a powerful educational country and the construction of "double-first-class".As the mainstay of the development of higher education, the professional growth of young teachers in colleges and universities determines the quality of higher education to a certain extent. However, there is insufficient supply of training measures in the existing professional growth activities of young teachers. The problems such as low satisfaction degree of training result lead to the defects of teaching skills deficiency and unsatisfactory teaching effect in the classroom of young teachers in colleges and universities, which leads to the lack of teaching skills in the classroom of young teachers in colleges and universities. It is not difficult to find that the current professional growth model of young teachers in colleges and universities mostly refers to the mature system at the stage of primary education abroad or at home. But the key problem is that the goal of talent training in colleges and universities and the internal and external conditions of teachers' professional development have their own particularity. Therefore,it has become one of the hot topics in the field of teacher education to explore a suitable path for the professional growth of young teachers in colleges and universities in China.Taking L University as an example, taking the needs of staff in the theory of human resources development as the starting point, and with the aim of enriching and perfecting the policies and measures of the management department, this paper firstunderstands the current situation of the professional growth of young teachers in colleges and universities through a questionnaire survey.Group real needs and related influencing factors;Secondly,in order to further understand the effect of pre-service training, the author observed the teaching situation of some young teachers on the spot.Through classroom observation and interview,it was found that there was insufficient research on the needs of management departments in the process of professional growth of young teachers in colleges and universities.Training efficiency is low, teaching conditions are backward, teachers themselves attach importance to scientific research but not teaching, lack of teaching skills, heavy administrative affairs, lack of student evaluation and so on.Subsequently,it is suggested that the management should conduct individual SWOT analysis and group needs analysis to determine the overall situation of professional growth of teachers' groups, and draw up training plans according to priorities and the realistic needs of most people. Then, taking L University as an example, this paper introduces the implementation process of SWOT analysis method, and finally puts forward some countermeasures to promote the professional growth of teachers from three aspects: school, college and individual teacher.
