Research On The Quality Of Rule Of Law Among College Students

The rule of law is a symbol of human civilization, with the Fourth and the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighth Meeting, it is the party's leadership to build a socialist country under the rule of law. College students as the successors to the cause of socialism, they are the main force in the construction of the socialist rule of law and the country and the nation's hope, so we must improve the quality of college students.Quality should be comprehensive, in addition to the ideological and moral quality, the rule of law is also a quality of students, especially in the comprehensive promotion of the rule of law after the important strategic deployment, the rule of law is particularly important. The level of the quality of the rule of law among the students often to our construction of rule of law and the harmonious society of our country construction will cause a certain impact, students are special, their shoulder's the mission is very important,we discuss and research about College Students' legal quality issues that has the extremely important theory significance and the practical significance, and ultimately contribute to improve the legal quality of college students.Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth Meeting, setting off a boom in the construction of socialist society all over the country. Such as Guizhou province attaches great importance to the construction of rule of law and the rule of law quality, they carried out the “studying the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth Meeting,constructing the rule of law in Guizhou”seminars activities, the large provincial colleges and universities as the main battlefield in the construction of the rule of law, having adopted lectures, knowledge competitions and so on,for the purpose of studying the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth Meeting, knowing the rule of law, improving the quality ofthe rule of law. But on the investigation of Guizhou provincial university legal quality problems, there are still some problems, also need to increase the propaganda of the rule of law, popularize legal knowledge,strengthen and improve the education system of the rule of law, improve the rule of law education environment and so on.In this paper, it use the principle of the combination of theory and practice, using the methods of questionnaire survey, literature survey,and other methods,I investigated the Guizhou Provincial College Students law quality status carefully, combined with collection and statistical data, analyzed the problem of Guizhou Provincial College Students law quality problems existing,for the purpose of finding the reasons and putting forward the optimization strategies for the college students' legal quality, at last it can improve the college students' legal quality and promote the construction of the rule of law in China.
