Improve the quality of higher education is the key to improve the quality of college students’ learning, and improve the quality of college studen ts’ learning is the key to improve college students learning style. Th is study adopted the m ethods of literature, questionnaire and observation of the current college students’ learning style has carried on the res earch and investigatio n, the cu rrent existing relevant literature was summarized up, questionnaire and interview on current college students and the current college students’ classroom observation, combined with the current education development present situation, has carried on the arrangement and analysis to college students’ learning styles, and has carried on the induction to college students’ learning characteristics, mainly for autonomous learning, cooperative learning, inquiry learning and experiential learning to investigate and research. The study found that college students’ learning style has the following pr oblems, first, the autonomous learning initiative is not high, participation of scien tific research is low, low autonomy. Second, higher college students’ cooperative learning, group discussion satisfaction is good, but some become a mere for mality. Third, overall inquiry-based learning process is n ot strong, the fourth, the experience study practice enough. Acco rding to these problems, analyze the factors that affect college students’ learning styles, including to analyze the situation of the student individual dif ference factors, including gender, grade, etc.; Factor analysis was carried out on the schools, including st udent satisfaction, teachers teaching methods, and different professional Settings, etc.; Analyze the social factors, including the urban and rural areas, the di fferences between the econo mic belt, etc. Based on the theo ry of total qu ality management, the higher education quality management theory and the m eaningful learning theory, present situation and existing problems in view of the current college stude nts’ learning style survey and the analy sis of influencing factors, and then puts forward relevant S uggestions for improvement. In the student’s level, to set up the correct learning concept, strengthen their own learning style change; To stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm, improve the transformation of the ways to the intrinsic m otivation of college students’ learning. In the aspect of teachers, to strengthen the focus of curriculum reform, the difference of students; Adjust the teaching and management mode, arouse students initiative to participate in scientific research; Strengthen cooperation between th e students learning, im prove the students’ cooperative learning ef ficiency; Optimization of teachers’ teaching mode, stim ulate students experience to explore learning styles; Improve th e learning evaluation system, encourage students to improve the way of learning. At the school level, should be accordance with the requirements of college students, the curriculum to meet the needs of student diversity; S trengthening "with the students for this" concept, to im prove teachers’ service consciousness; T eachers guide students to participate in scientific research, scientific research with teaching; Create the lear ning environment of information technology, provide better learn ing conditions and service for students. Aimed at changing the status quo of current college students’ learning, im prove the quality of the college students’ learning ini tiative and solidarity and collaboration, to strengthen college students’ learning initiative to explore and experience, im prove the quality of education of the current higher education.
