SK Training School Application Study Of High Performance Management Model

The excellent performance management model is derived from evaluation standards of Baldrige Award of the United States in the late 1980 s. Its core is to strengthen the organization's awareness of customer satisfaction and innovation activities, and pursue the excellent business performance. It has now become the effective theory and technique for the improvement of core competitiveness of enterprises recognized by successful enterprises in the world.Since GB/T19580 Evaluation Criterion on Excellent Performance and GB/Z19579 Implementation Guidelines of Evaluation Criterion on Excellent Performance were issued and implemented in China in January 2005, more and more domestic organizations began to know,understand and apply the excellent performance management.The purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from the successful application of the excellent performance management mode by organizations at home and abroad, combine with SK Training School's import and application of the excellent performance management mode, study and explore the application of the excellent performance management mode in small pullulating enterprises, and provide methods for improvement of business performance to small enterprises.This paper systematically studies the theoretical basis of the excellent performance management mode; analyzes the researches on excellent performance management mode at home and abroad; mainly studies SK School's idea and application method for constructing the management system of leadership governance and strengthening of social responsibility, strategic planning and implementation, focusing on customer's needs, focusing on organization performance and data information, focusing on employee demand and focusing on the operation;and give suggestions on problems in the process and defines the improvement space.Through research, this paper argues that the excellent performance management mode is not only applicable to small pullulating enterprises, but also operable. This paper is innovative,because there are few examples of small pullulating enterprises which import the excellent performance management mode. Research results of this paper not only have guiding significance and practical value for SK Training School, but also provide the beneficial reference to other domestic small pullulating enterprises, so that they can effectively apply the excellent performancemanagement mode and pursue excellent development.
