Research On The Relationship Between Network Embedding And The Performance Of Small And Medium-sized Sports Enterprises

In the new development stage,promoting the quality reform,efficiency reform and power reform of China’s sports industry has become the inevitable requirement of building a sports power in an all-round way.As an important force in China’s national economic and social development,promoting the development of small and mediumsized sports enterprises is an important foundation for maintaining steady and rapid development of the national economy and a major strategic task related to people’s livelihood and social stability.Under the complex and changeable situation at home and abroad,the development of China’s sports industry is facing many adverse external environments and new risks and challenges.Among them,it has a greater impact on the development of small and medium-sized sports enterprises.At the micro level,a deep understanding and response to the current development situation of sports industry is an important basis for small and medium-sized sports enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and healthy growth.The research highlights the complex system and configuration idea under the problem orientation,and is carried out according to the logical main line of "network evolution-theory erection-action mechanism-configuration analysis".Based on the theoretical hypothesis of the relationship between network embedding and enterprise performance from the perspective of resource dependence,using the qualitative comparative research method,this paper systematically discusses the topic of network embedding driving the performance improvement of small and medium-sized sports enterprises from the meta problem level,general problem level and sub problem level,in order to provide guidance for the high-quality development of small and mediumsized sports enterprises and sports industry in China.The main conclusions are as follows:First,it is different from the linear thinking research that the centrality and structural hole in network embedding affect the performance of small and mediumsized sports enterprises.Under different supply chain integration situations,the different combination of centrality and structural hole of small and medium-sized sports enterprises will still drive their performance improvement.The active embedding test shows that the causes of high performance of small and medium-sized sports enterprises from the perspective of network embedding are complex and multiple causal equivalence.From the perspective of resource dependence,in-depth analysis is needed in different environmental situations.Secondly,combing the path of driving small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance in the low urban business environment,it is found that the combination of strong financing ability and sub network embedding is the way for most small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance;Then there are strong financing ability strong network embedding combination,strong network embedding,sub financing ability sub network embedding combination,weak network embedding,sub network embedding and strong financing ability weak network embedding combination.Under the business environment of high cities,strong network embedding is the way for most small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance;Then followed by strong financing ability-strong network embedding combination,weak financing ability-strong network embedding combination,weak network embedding,strong financing ability-weak network embedding.Strong financing ability sub network embedding combination,sub dynamic ability sub network embedding combination and sub network embedding are the unique driving conditions of small and medium-sized sports enterprises in low urban business environment,while weak financing ability strong network embedding combination is the unique driving conditions of small and medium-sized sports enterprises in high urban business environment.Thirdly,combing the path of driving small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance under the environment of low market system,it is found that the combination of strong dynamic ability and strong network embedding is the way for most small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance;Then there are strong dynamic capability sub network embedding combination,sub network embedding combination,sub dynamic capability weak network embedding combination and weak dynamic capability weak network embedding combination.Under the circumstance of high market system,strong dynamic ability sub network embedding combination is the way for most small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance;Then followed by strong network embedding,strong dynamic capability-weak network embedding combination,weak dynamic capability-weak network embedding combination.Strong dynamic capability strong network embedding combination,sub network embedding,sub dynamic capability weak network embedding combination are the unique driving conditions of small and medium-sized sports enterprises in the low market system environment,while strong network embedding and strong dynamic capability weak network embedding combination are the unique driving conditions of small and medium-sized sports enterprises in the high market system environment.Fourth,combing the path of driving small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance in the low digital environment,it is found that the combination of strong absorptive capacity and strong network embedding is the way for most small and medium-sized sports enterprises to obtain high performance;Then there are sub absorptive capacity weak network embedding
