Medium and small-sized enterprises play an important role in the economicdevelopment of our country, but compared with the large enterprises, they still havemany problems in the workers' education and training, which requires an appropriatemanagement system of workers' education and training so as to enhance employees'overall qualification, technical skills, as well as their potential and work efficiency. Inthe meantime, however, managers in most medium and small-sized enterprisesusually attach great importance to their economic benefits rather than the workers'education and training, which not only leads to the waste of the raw and processedmaterials in the production line, but also reduces the ecnomic benefits of theenterprises. This paper intends to investigate the present workers' education inmedium and small-sized business by exploring the reason why the training lagsbehind and the obstacles of setting up education system. It also suggests theestablishment of education and training system as well as the realization of the crosstraining organization in the medium and small-sized enterprises by demonstrating theexamples of Zhejiang Shang Feng Cement Company etc, which have been quiteeffective in their function.This paper suggests that education and training, based on both the theoretical andpractical research of the medium and small-sized workers education system, should bedivided into three levels: high-level, mid-level, and low-level, each of which adopts adifferent training approach. In the meantime it puts forward the managing systemwhich goes with the education and training, such as the establishment and function of training organization, the requirements of implementation, management system, andthe circulating mechanism etc... It also proposes the good relationship between theinvestment on education training and effective production circulation so as toestablish the valuation system of medium and small-sized enterprises' educationtraining mode, which will be an effective method to be operated in many othermedium and small-sized enterprises in order to test its function.The reasearch on the mode of the workers'education and training in medium andsmall-sized enterprises is both advanced and practical, which can also be popularizedand finally beneficial to the competitve power of the enterprises, the mastery of newtechnology and the adaptation to the changeable markets. |
