With the development of our society, the standard which is used to define talent has been changed, the students who have high scores and low abilities are not satisfied for public. The students enter the society who needs a kind of basic ability of "solving problems". In order to adapt to this change, our country continued to carry out educational reform, which change the past exam orienting education into quality education that also began to cultivate students from multiple dimensions. In order to suit the development of the times and the reform of the curriculum, the education should pay more attention to the status of student-centered and the development for themselves. Ordinary High school Biology Curriculum Standard (Experiment) proposed that biology should be linked with the actual life, to promote the inquiry based teaching. Inquiry teaching is promoting students to think and solve problems positively. Also the source of problems is from a certain situation, mostly from real life. It is undoubtedly one of the important sources of the situation teaching. Therefore, during the education of biology in senior high school, creating "question situation" is a measure which suits the "Educated-Revolution".Based on reading lots of papers, the research described the definition of "question situation", researched status at home and abroad and relative theoretical principles. The chapters which are suitable to create "question situation" in the three required modules of books have been combed. Then using 2.5 months in Jinyuan middle school of Shannxi Normal University to put them into practice. Taking Class 2 Senior 1 and Class 3 as experimental group, and control group to explore the new effect in the Required Module 1, Molecular and Cell. Finally, by inviting students to finish questionnaire to know their interesting in studying biology and skill of solving problem, and by exam to know students' score.After a period of teaching practice, according to the analysis of the teaching content, four cases and three teaching design cases are formed, and the setting intention of the problem situation in teaching design is analyzed in detail. Based on the change of parts in two different classes, do self-examination about the teaching progress, included the difficult challenge and so on, especially at time distribution, attention of students and guidance of teacher.The paper draws some conclusions as follows:By creating the "question situation" in biology teaching, the enthusiasm of students can be enhanced; the atmosphere in class can be changed. On the other hand, it can attract students to learn, and improve their skills to find questions and solve problem. And also can improve students mark in biology.
