The characteristics that turns to reform this time is themodalization of course structure. The chemistry course is dividedinto two types of required course and selected course , thechemistry required mold piece is the foundation.Taking the lifeexperience of students as the basic starting point is the principle ofthe new course.The purpose of which is to adapt to the demand ofstudent’s life. The level of chemistry required mold pieceimplementation influences the students’ chemistry studies ofquality.The purpose of this research:I Be beneficial to mastering the course of structure for teachers。Only teachers comprehend correct request of the required course inall directions and appreciate the new lesson object spirit, they canbe good to have the function to guide.II Be beneficial to carrying out the required courses.Requiredcourse is the foundation of chemistry in the senior high school, onlythe required course carries out well, it will be the good foundationfor taking an elective subject of follow-up and good preparation forstudents to form basic chemistry cultivated manners. III Be beneficial to promoting the study of the requiredcourses.The purpose of teaching and learning is to promote alearning of students. Only the student studies well, our variousefforts for doing will get more meaningful.Because of the teaching purpose above, this research is main todiscuss concrete problems as follows:I The teacher’s understanding circumstance to the requiredteaching materialII The teacher’s implementation circumstance to the requiredmold pieceIII The teacher introspects and the profession developThe chemistry teachers must have deep understanding to theteaching materials, and can study various theory knowledgeconsciously. Teachers need vivid reform themselves of the teachingclassroom, then create efficiently classroom, raise the students’study level, and develop the students’ science cultivated manners.Therefore, the main object of this research is a teacher.Thisresearch carries on a theory research by documentary overview,inquires into the characteristics of mold piece teaching and laysfoundation for this research.The method that mainly passes toinvestigate a questionnaire carried on a survey to 50 teachers, andthe survey expresses that the teaching of new course already is onthe right track.Everyone has a deeper understanding to requiredcourse , the classroom teaching changes immensely the way ofteaching of teacher, the ways of studying of students are allimproving.The conclusions of this research : I The teachers have deeper understand to the requiredteaching materialII The teachers can implement effectively to required moldpieceIII The teachers start noticing the teaching introspect, andpass various effort to raise his/her own professional development.The suggestion of putting forward :The exactitude knows aboutrequired teaching materials and handle good relations about thecontent of course and period class;The teacher wants to create arequired mold piece efficiently classroom;Value an introspecting ofteacher, promote teachers to study more,and do much moreresearch.
