Cultivating the innovative spirit is the key to quality-oriented education. The premise of cultivating innovative talents is to improve the student’s problem consciousness and the quality of exploration and query. Problem consciousness and problem solving ability is closely connected with problem situation teaching. The new curriculum concept advocates independence, cooperation and inquiry learning styles. Teachers that practice the new curriculum reform are all trying to change the traditional teacher’s role and students’learning ways. Even more, modern teacher’s role should be student’ learning guide, organizer and promoter, and creating problem situation is one of the important ways to carry out the modern concept of teacher. Many experienced teachers also found that creating good problem situation was the key to successfully implement the new learning style and concept. But after examining the problem situation creating in current high school biology classroom, it was not difficult to find that there were still many problems:arbitrariness, lacking of theoretical guidance and random questions. In order to practice the requirement of newly reformed curriculum, the principles, ways and strategy were worked out, which based on the researches about teaching practice, and according to the education teaching theory, the new curriculum idea, and combining other teachers’ experiences of creating question situation in high school biology classroom.Then some effective advice and helps were provided for creating questions situation in biology teaching in high school, which could enhance students’ learning interest, problem consciousness, practical ability and innovation ability. In addition, the theories worked out in this research were also verified through teaching practice.In this research, using questionnaire survey and literature research method, the experimental class and control class were randomly selected for four months research. The conventional teaching was used in control class, while creating problem situation is carried on in the experimental class. Furthermore, the students’ learning interest and the problem consciousness of biology in both class before and after the research were tested, as well as the cognition and application of the problem situation in high school biology teachers. Finally, the data obtained were analyzed with the excel software statistically.The research results were as follows:1.The students’ interests in learning biology were significantly improved through creating reasonable question situation in biology teaching of high school.2.The students’ question awareness in learning biology was also promoted through creating reasonable question situation in biology teaching.3.Using the methods of creating problem situation in high school biology class, the problem situation creation and the biology teaching were combined together, which could enrich the teachers’ classroom, improve the teaching effect, and promote the establishment of "teacher-oriented and student-centered" teaching mode. Moreover, the problem method could also promote teachers’ professional development to a certain extent, and it was helpful for teachers to update their teaching concepts, change their teaching behavior, and practice the new learning mode and concept advocated by the new curriculum successfully.
