Chinese excellent traditional culture is formed in the long history of several thousand years of the Chinese nation and developed relatively stable cultural form. It is the crystallization of the collective labor and wisdom of the Chinese nation, and it is also the most valuable spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation. Preschool education is an important part of education system, is the initial stage of school education and lifelong education in our country, and it has an important influence on young children's development. Carrying out the outstanding traditional culture education in preschool period is helpful to promote the all-round development of young children, to improve the quality of kindergarten services, to promote the outstanding traditional culture inheritance and good to the harmonious development of society.Entitled with "The Practice Research of Excellent Traditional Culture of Kindergarten Education", this study selected five provincial demonstration kindergartens in xi'an city as the research object. Through Using observation method, interview method and questionnaire survey research methods, the study carries out the research of excellent traditional culture education in kindergarten, inspects its implementation status, analyze s its aspects worthy of learning, to find out the existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures. This research is to provide examples of excellent traditional culture education in kindergarten and to provide more theory and practice basis. Specifically, the main content of this study include:1.This study focuses on investigating, analyzing and summarizing the situation of excellent traditional culture education in kindergarten from eight aspects:goal formulation, content choose, form and method, environmental activities, evaluation, home working and living activities as well as the case study and analysis.2. According to the actual situation of excellent traditional culture education in kindergarten, the author summarized and analyzed the problems from teachers, parents, preschool education these three aspects. The problems mainly listed as:teachers' understanding of traditional culture education is not enough; The lack of teachers; Parents'utilitarian education thought; the imperfection of home cooperation; pay attention to teaching knowledge despise to explain the content; the entirety, hierarchy, systemic of education are weaknesses; not make full use of the cultural resources; The formalization of kindergarten education and there exists some problems in terms of kindergarten management.3.In conclusion, the study puts forward some suggestions for the later research in excellent traditional culture education in kindergarten:firstly, to summarize the experiences of the excellent traditional culture education and absorb nutrition; Secondly, to strengthen the construction of teachers' team, build a batch of high level traditional culture education teachers; besides, to improve home exchanges and cooperation constantly, make full use of the parents and the community resources; moreover, the kindergarten leader should play a good leading role; Finally, development of the local cultural curriculum resources reasonably.
