Paper cutting art plays an important role in the folk art, and it is one of the outstanding intangible cultural heritage of our country. However, as a very important part of Chinese traditional culture, it is not optimistic in the development of modern society, in our life gradually alienated. In recent years, China's traditional culture and art, and is the attention of the Chinese people and the cultural education of intangible cultural heritage protection will be incorporated into the national education system. Such as Art Textbook in many provinces and regions in China to join the many of the local teaching material content, many schools also launched a "intangible cultural heritage into the campus" activities, for primary and middle school students to carry out related to intangible cultural heritage education, promote the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage and so on.Paper-cut art into the art classroom in primary and secondary schools can not only to deepen students' understanding of traditional folk art, but also students exercise endurance and perseverance, the cultivation of students' aesthetic ability, hands-on ability, thinking ability, innovation ability. Paper cutting teaching is conducive to the expansion of educational resources, rich curriculum system, the implementation of quality education, improve the comprehensive quality. In recent years, beauty version of the materials in the fine arts knowledge pays particular attention to the excellent traditional art and folk art, which it ranked among the paper-cut art, but in the textbook and paper-cut teaching practice has encountered a problem of a series of. In this paper, based on the in the existing literature and teaching practice, the use of education, fine arts, arts etc. related discipline knowledge, the apply theory to reality, to a series of research, and tries to find a comprehensive and effective policy responses, for paper cutting teaching, provide some new ideas.This article is divided into three parts except the introduction:Part?:the educational value and significance of paper-cut art, this chapter focuses on the theme and cultural spirit of paper cutting, expounds the educational value and social value of paper-cut art, and fully affirmed the significance of paper cutting into the classroom.Part ?:The present situation and problems of paper cutting art in primary and middle school art class. This chapter from the "teaching materials", "into the classroom," the two aspects of the analysis and summary of the present situation and the problems encountered in the art class in primary and secondary schools.Part ?:Further promote the art of paper cutting into primary and secondary schools to implement countermeasures. This is the focus of this article, this chapter for the current situation and problems of the previous chapters, combined with the author's teaching practice and the experience of the predecessors put forward more specific countermeasures. The author starts with the increasing social from all walks of life to the paper-cut understanding, teaching objectives, teaching content, student interest, discipline, theory with reality, to understand, practice examples to demonstrate the effectiveness of these measures.
