Physical model penetrates the whole process of learning in senior school,if teachers emphasis on imparting knowledge too much in teaching,it allows most of students to learn the physical model only stay on the surface,accordingly they lack the awareness to establish physical model in the process and significance.The physical model of teaching promotes student understanding of physical models, not only helps students learn the knowledge of physics and improves the ability of students to use physical models to solve problem, but also cultivates scientific literacy during the process of penetration students by modeling method. This research implements empirical study to physical model teaching,it aims to explore the problem of learning physical model, then taking measures to practice physics teaching by the case in order to provide a reference to promote high school physics teaching.The theory of physical model and physical model teaching is analyzed by consulting a lot of literature,then designing test tool and interview outline.The test tool is designed from the applicable conditions of physical model,the typical characters of physical model and the ability of establishment and application of the model.The interview is designed from three dimensions including the cognitive to physical model,the learning methods of physical model and the obstacle of establishment and application of the model.Through testing and interviews,the problem of the process of learning the physical model is studied about students in a provincial standardized high school in Xi'an.Analyze comprehensively,students have the following problems in the process of learning physical model:(1)Understanding the basics of the physical model is not profound, not thorough;(2)The habit of learning physical model is not formed;(3)Lack of understanding of the significance of establishing physical model, lack of interest in the modeling process;(4)Lack of physical modeling methods;(5)Apply physical model to solve practical and original physical problems,lack of procedural thinking;(6)Lack of perceptual cognition to original problem.According to the problems of the process of learning physical model,combined with actual cases from the following five strategies put forward to practical exploration for physical model teaching:(1)Summarize the basic knowledge of the physical model to students in time;(2)Allow students to experience the process of establishing typical physical model, cultivating students'scientific literacy;(3)Penetrate the basic methods of establishing physical model to students;(4)Cultivate procedural thinking to solve the practical and original physical problems;(5)Use multiple teaching methods to enhance the students' perception...
