Nowadays, campus culture plays an important role in the development of school. Excellent campus culture can enlighten and hint the students to become better. It can also directly or indirectly have an influence on student’s moral and behavior. Recently, the construction of middle school campus culture is valued, and also got some achievements. However, there are still some disadvantages exist. Such as working sightlessly, emphasizing materials and quantity rather than emphasizing spirit and quantity during the process of build the campus culture. Meanwhile, the limitations of researching middle school campus culture are existed. Many researches are following the corporate culture or the college culture. People research them following the four levels. They are material culture institution culture, conduct culture and spirit culture. They neglect the specificity of middle school campus culture. It’s hard to find a correct and unfeigned way to build the middle school campus culture.This thesis focus on the middle school campus itself and conducting the research with the activity. The writer tries to break through the framework and to find a way in building middle school campus culture. The writer uses the school which he have worked recent years as an example. The writer devides the campus culture activity into teaching activity, management activity, characteristic activity and ritual activity. Through the author’s personal participation and observation, through the author’s interviews and research on the key figures of the various activities of the organization, to the greatest extent possible to restore the activities of the site, thus revealing the "activity generation culture" real path.The formation of the culture is a systemic project. Based on the cultural construction practice of the school which the writer has worked, this paper makes a thorough study of the various elements of cultural production, summarizes a mechanism of "middle school campus culture generation".That is, middle school campus culture originated from the needs of teachers and students, the leaders and participants carry out activities driven by the need, the researchers summed up through reflection on the activities of distillation and distillation of the campus culture.
