This study in Xigang District,Dalian City middle and primary school education for all-around development center(hereinafter referred to as the center of quality education)as the object,to the author in construction and management of personally experience and lessons as the main material,describe the problems encountered in the construction of quality education center,to explore the basic train of thought to solve these problems,summarize the successful experience and failure lessons learned in each project construction and management,for the same type of quality education center construction and management provide reference.The study found that the main problems existing in quality education center construction and management is in the design planning process in the construction site management;students to use facilities of safety,practicality,innovation,operation management;construction quality education center,campus culture,in particular,to pay attention to the combination of science and art of management principles,and so on,the in order to solve these problems of the theory and practice of exploration.Based on the authenticity and completeness of the research,this paper adopts the case study method.Through a a I personally involved in construction projects,the reduction of text,pictures,the scene at the time,through the daily management of the center construction in several specific project feedback,to test the design and planning is to achieve the desired effect,provide reliable data and factual basis for further improvement.And each project to track the research,through the problems and solutions to some of the problems and Countermeasures of the project to carry out the experiment again,in order to continuously improve.Specifically related to:Quality Education Center campus cultural construction project;radio simulation war experience room construction project;a guest center activity room construction project,a total of three cases.The basic conclusions of this study are:the construction and management of the quality education center must be adapted to local conditions,to keep pace with the times,each construction project should make a concrete analysis of specific situations,but also consider how to keep the curriculum;with the social environment and the regional characteristic in small unit organic integration;at the beginning of each project must be taken into account management on campus in the future,can be considered in the process of construction,a large area to avoid rework caused by the waste of manpower and material resources;in the process of daily maintenance and construction of campus culture,must manage clear thinking,management strategy first;in addition,practice and experience for some types of projects,it must be moral in the former,in experience,to come to the activities of the teachers and students to develop good and standardized learning and operating habits,avoid Personnel injury and equipment damage,the final realization of the quality education center of each activity project,have a sustainable development,to achieve the overall quality of education center to improve the quality of education.This study through the concrete case analysis of quality education center construction and management of the main problems and attribution analysis,put forward to solve the problem of specific management strategies,and test these with properties and conclusion countermeasures and finally formed relatively perfect quality education center construction and management programs and strategies,in order to offer the reference of the same industry.
