The Investigation On Professional Quality Cultivation-Oriented Campus Culture Construction

The advanced education in vocational training is duty-bound to accomplish its historical mission and make contribution to production, construction, administration and service. So, it is differs the general colleges in cultivating aim, running-school model and training pattern. Therefore,the campus culture also has its different connotation, bright characteristic and its unique construction scheme. This paper breaks the originally traditional thinking which campus culture should be discussed with the material culture, spiritual culture and system culture.lt analysis the importance of campus culture to cultivate professional quality, and provides a necessity and feasibility study on introducing the professional quality cultivation into the campus culture construction.This paper falls into four sections:Part 1：Summarizes the base situation of higher vocational and technical schools’campus cultural construction,and it surveys the relevant concepts and theories of occupational quality training-oriented campus cultural construction. The key to this paper is the relation between higher vocational and technical schools’campus culture and occupational quality training.Part 2:Research the problem and the cause of formation of the campus cultural construction in higher vocational and technical schools.By studying, it considers the following misunderstandings existing in campus cultural construction of higher vocational and technical schools. NO.1 Big amount of money put in equals to high quality campus culture;N0.2 Blindly parodied and copied the general colleges;NO.3 Detached from the cultivation aim. By further study in this paper the misunderstandings are based on an identical reason that is neglecting the occupational quality training for students and correspondingly neglecting the relevant campus cultural construction.Part 3:Based on the previous studies, the author put forward following strategy "Occupational Quality Training-Oriented Campus Cultural Construction". First and foremost, the author thinks higher vocational and technical schools should set up the idea for"Occupational Quality Training-Oriented Campus Cultural Construction"; Secondly, standardize the principle of "Occupational Quality Training-Oriented Campus Cultural Construction";finally, it puts forward the "man-oriented"and"combination of school with corporation"spirt as the key way for the Campus Cultural Constructions.Part 4:adhered to ""Occupational Quality Training-Oriented Campus Cultural Construction"" concept,it takes Chengdu Vocational and Technical College as an illustration, it emphatically describes its distinctive strategy and measure of campus culture construction in order to demonstrate the basic characteristics of advanced education in vocational education. It explains the rationality and promotional value in which the professional quality cultivation-oriented Campus Culture Construction.
