Research On Campus Culture Activities From The Perspective Of Quality Management

Campus culture activities,as an essential part of cultivating cultures of universities,can not only enhance students' integrated quality,but consolidate universities' soft power.In recent years,how to improve cultures cultivation of universities has been the focus of quality education program again in terms of building a world-class university.Therefore,this paper introduces the theory of quality management into the construction of campus culture of Fuzhou University.By analyzing the current situation of campus cultural activities and the existing problems,then this paper summarizes the ideas and methods of promoting the construction of the cultural activities of Fuzhou University.By these analysis,this thesis will contribute to broaden the application of quality management theory and provide a reference to building a high quality university culture.It will start from a macro view and then move to a micro perspective.Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods will be combined and serve to bibliographical research,statistics,questionnaires and comparison for analyzing Fuzhou University as a case study.This thesis consists of introduction,four chapters and conclusion:the first chapter is introduction,which mainly includes the research status of the quality management theory,the campus cultural activities management and the introduction of quality management theory to the research of the campus cultural activities management.It also explains the research methods,significance and innovation of this study.The second chapter starts from the background of campus culture activities in Fuzhou University,and analyzes the current situation of cultural activities of Fuzhou University by analyzing the organizational structure of cultural quality education base,the development of cultural activities and the operation of propaganda platform.This paper focuses on the cultural activities of Fuzhou University,and analyzes the main problems of campus culture activities in Fuzhou University.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the cultural activities of Fuzhou University.Quality management theory is introduced into the campus culture activities of Fuzhou University.The fifth chapter is based on the quality management perspective,combined with the author's experience in planning and management of specific practice activities,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the further development of campus culture activities in Fuzhou University.Final part is a summary and conclusion.
