Strengthen The Countermeasure Research Of Statistical Data Quality Management

The basis of a vital statistics as the national management and develop a series of scientific work,with its production,all aspects of life are closely linked,is an important indicator of economic development,but also an important standard to measure the level of social management,so the quality of statistical data will have a significant impact on the direct.The government,enterprises and institutions such as the decision-making decision quality and decision efficiency.Since the reform and opening up,the economic system of our country has realized the transformation from planned economy system to socialist market economy system.The new system not only provides a favorable opportunity for the reform,but also puts forward a new requirement for the statistical work.After many years of efforts,the reform has achieved initial success.But the poor quality of data is still an important problem in our country’s current statistical work.It has seriously affected the scientific nature and the effectiveness of macro adjustment and control.In the new normal,how to take effective measures to improve the quality of statistical data has become a major issue at all levels of the statistical bureau.Compared with the central and provincial governments,local statistical departments should not only implement the system of statistical methods of national and provincial,and charged with the important responsibility of data quality audit,is an important level and key links of government statistical data quality management.This paper uses literature research,experience,qualitative analysis methods,the Statistics Bureau of Ganjingzi District of Dalian city as an example,from the present situation of quality management of the Bureau of statistics data analyses,and a detailed introduction to the general situation and characteristics of the data quality management bureau of Ganjingzi District of Dalian City,according to the basic statistics department management system lag,statistics the legal system is not perfect,the grassroots foundation is weak,the statistical system is not perfect,the difficulty of statistical law enforcement and lack of attention on issues such as the statistical work of the reason analysis.Then through access to relevant information,the successful experience in the statistical data quality management in western developed countries for reference,combined with the current situation and characteristics of Ganjingzi District of Dalian City Bureau of statistics,put forward to improve the statistical agencies at all levels of management system,optimize the performance appraisal system,the government to improve the legal system of statistics,standardized basis of strengthening statistical work,strengthen and improve grassroots awareness,improve law enforcement statistics statistics suggest that statistical quality guarantee measures of,hope to be able to improve the quality management level of the basic statistical data as well as micro thin strength,improve the credibility of government statistics.
