The development of Chinese football has been stagnant, because at the most basic level of youth training problems. From 2009 officially launched on campus football for the fixed term of the series of youth football activities began to now the campus football has developed seven years, during this period has made great progress and has accumulated some experience.2015 "China football reform plan" put forward again to promote the reform of the campus football development, highlighted the development of [1] to achieve China dream and the dream of a powerful nation all cannot do without the campus football. Along with the development of campus football vigorously promote the primary and middle schools are beginning to pay attention to and the creation of football course, football course is a need to develop and study courses. Sport can not only physical fitness, promote exchanges, enhance friendship, exercise willpower, temper will, cultivating the spirit, more important is to let the students experience the "Happy football philosophy, the charm of the society in the process of playing football and feeling the movement, and then grasp the soccer skills. However, these special football schools football did not really into the school’s teaching and training, many schools offer football is just for pursuing the game matches, the number and rank, and in specific football teaching should be how to choose and arrange for students, using what methods and means to teach students, they have not involved, in order to play the game, the students did not grasp the basic football skills, thus losing motivation to learn. How to take the student as the main body, starting from the students’ interests and their own characteristics, change the current selection of school football teaching situation, this is an urgent need to solve the problem.Therefore, this paper selects the foot management center of Shaanxi Province of the men and women coaches, Shaanxi Normal University football experts, campus football instructor and Xi’an, Lianhu District, seven primary schools soccer school football special teachers and students as the research object, to Xi’an lotus lake elementary school soccer special school teaching content selection studies.Conclusion:(1) the lack of documents related to the football teaching as a guide; neglect of football teaching, football courses, class is relatively low, and by other disciplines to account for the phenomenon still exists. There is no innovation in the specific practice, is still a low level, simple repetition, boring without interest. (5) in the stage of primary school football learning, technological learning is the most important teaching contents. Dribbling and kicking the ball, three of the most representative and the most basic technology as a key content to teach. The lower grade should be based on the single technology teaching, high grade based on a single technique, with a combination of simple technology.In view of the above problems, some suggestions are put forward:(1) to develop football teaching outline of national unity, so that students in the same stage in different regions by the master of the knowledge and skills of roughly the same; in accordance with its own characteristics, the preparation of suitable teaching materials for their football. (2) the strict implementation of quality education, completely abandon the score oriented evaluation standard. Increase the proportion of the football course in physical education teaching, fundamentally change the course of football by other disciplines occupation phenomenon. (3) the introduction of football talent cultivation. To further optimize the structure of teachers, so that every football teachers can meet one "special" attack.
