Investigation And Research On The Development Status Of Youth Ice Hockey Clubs In Harbin

Ice hockey movement,as one of highly ornamental value of team sports,plays significant role in fitness value and education value for teenagers.Favorable momentum of development in Youth hockey club provide the diversified patterns for transportation of traditional reserve talent cultivation,the chances of employment for retired athletes,the condition of extracurricular sports activities for teenagers,the basis of establishment of the professionalism of ice hockey in China,which also lays firm mass foundation for ice hockey in China.In spite of this,Harbin,as a traditional ice hockey city being in a leading position in the country,shows obvious gap from the quantity,scale,management,sports level and impact compared with the youth hockey club in Beijing,Shanghai and other places.In this study,the method of documentation,expert interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis were used to survey the development environment of youth hockey club in Harbin,by analyzing the data of interviews and questionnaires,combined with actual situation of Harbin,summarized the current operation and management,the present situation of the students and coach and analyzed the difficulties and problems of the development of youth hockey club in Harbin.Meanwhile,draw lessons from foreign countries and Beijing youth sports club development pattern,puts forward to basic thought in the development of Harbin city youth hockey club,hoping to provide reference significance for the development of ice hockey movement and the development of youth hockey club in Harbin.Conclusions:There are 6 youth hockey club in Harbin at present,among which,one is national youth sports club,two is a large ice sports training center,one is famous youth hockey club in China.Now,the number of the long-term active teen members among these 6 youth hockey clubs is up to 580.2.member of sex ratio in clubs shows serious imbalanced,the age distribution of members was between 4-16,among which,7-9 years old account for the main.Members of youth hockey clubs are mainly primary and secondary school students in ice hockey movement basic school in Harbin,supplemented by other school students.The age distribution is given priority to with elementary school.3.Coaches in youth clubs in Harbin is mainly Professional team player who has retired and small amount of professional colleges and universities graduates.They are excellent in sports for teaching and member showed approximate satisfactory with coaches in teaching ability and teaching attitudes.4.On the organization and the establishment of rules and regulations,youth clubs have not formed a complete system yet during the process of operation and management.Or,some club has taken shape a relatively perfect system,but the system was not in accordance with its development.The incomes of youth hockey club in Harbin is relatively unitary which affected by its properties.5.The development of youth hockey club in Harbin is restricted to some degree under comprehensive influence of Family factors,external environment factors and internal factors,there also aroused some problem during the process of development,resulting that youth sports club lost some of their role they owned.
