Research On The Operating Mechanism Of Kunlun Hongxing Origen Ice Hockey Club

In 2022,the 24 th Winter Olympic Games will be hosted by China,and ice hockey is the only ball competition in which it attracts attention.As the first professional club in China's top league VHL league,Kunlun Hongxing Origen Ice Hockey Club has opened a new chapter for the road of professional ice hockey in China.China's ice hockey has developed since the early days of the founding of the People's Republic for nearly 70 years.The term "professional club" has never appeared.The establishment of the Kunlun Hongxing Origen Club has filled this gap.By studying the operation mechanism of the club,it can not only provide theoretical basis for the establishment of the professional ice hockey club in China,but also have positive and practical significance for the promotion and popularization of the ice hockey sport in China.This paper applies the methods of literature research,expert interview,mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey to study and analyze the current operating mechanism of kunlun hongxing auruijin hockey club.Through research,it is found that the current operating mechanism of Kunlun Hongxing Origen Ice Hockey Club can be divided into four aspects: management mechanism,constraint mechanism,development mechanism and power mechanism.The management mechanism is the basic guarantee for maintaining the operation of the Origen Club,which covers the selection and management of players,coaches and staff,as well as the rights and responsibilities of various departments of the club.The restraint mechanism is an important means to guarantee the order of the Origen Club.The main targets are the club staff,the coaching staff and the players,including the provisions of the above three behavioral rules and the constraints of the public on the club itself.The development mechanism is a necessary tool for the Origen Club to survive and adapt to the society,including the club echelon construction,club culture and club propaganda work.The dynamic mechanism is the main way for Origen Club to obtain economic benefits.At this stage,there are four key factors affecting the operation mechanism of Origen Club: First,the club lacks a sound and sound systemin terms of management mechanism.The club was jointly managed by Origen Group and Kunlun Hongxing.The management failed to reach a consensus,and the club invested most of its money in the introduction of players and neglected the training of grassroots staff,resulting in a better connection between the various departments of the club.difference.Secondly,there is a lack of social public opinion constraints.Fans are the bridge between the club and the society.The Origen Club has not established a good communication platform with the fans and cannot meet the needs of the fans.Thirdly,in terms of the development mechanism,the club failed to improve the echelon construction.The sources of the reserve echelon talents were limited,and fresh blood could not be injected in time.At the same time,the club's propaganda efforts are obviously insufficient,and the means are lacking.Finally,in terms of power mechanism,the overall attendance rate is not good,which indicates that the club is not very optimistic about ticket sales.For a club that is just getting started,the degree of perfection of the operating mechanism must not be comparable to that of the NBA or NHL alliance,but only by continually drawing on the experience of all parties can we learn from each other and move forward.In terms of suggestions,the Kunlun Hongxing Origen Club should focus on the training of grassroots staff,link the relationship between various departments;improve the fan association system,actively organize the interaction activities between the club and the fans,in order to understand the trends and needs of the fans,establish a good The communication platform;constantly improve the club's management regulations or related regulations for staff,players and coaches;expand the way for the expansion of the reserve echelon,improve the training methods for talents;strengthen the promotion of the club,keep pace with the times,and adopt multiple approaches.
