With constant of the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform,the primary school teaching work also got new development and improvement.Among them,the math homework is also put forward a clear and specific requirements,advocated in homework assignments,students should be fully considered the differences,according to the students’ intelligence and ability to learn proper stratification.As is known to all,homework is the continuation and supplement of mathematics teaching,and it’s an important part of teaching.it is not only beneficial to the students to consolidate the new knowledge,to improve learning ability,intellectual development,but also can cultivate students’ comprehensive quality.But,vigorous reform,in a variety of reasons,teachers of hierarchical arrangement is not thorough,in the actual education teaching,most teachers still adopt the "one size fits all" mode,that the frequency of layered homework assignments is few,rarely even mathematics stratified operations,incomplete,not deep.In the long term,not just the ability level of different students get the corresponding development,but also may destroy the personality development of students,and make the students even tired of math,lose interests in learning,seriously affected the implementation of quality education.Therefore,reasonable stratification and the investigation and study for math,is particularly important,is to realize the entire development of students should be attention in the subject.In this paper,the study mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis,to investigate the current situation of the elementary school in the second period layered homework as a starting point,with the theory of the zone of proximal development,education forms the basis of optimization theory,according to their aptitude theory,through the interview with some students and teachers,investigation and case collection,to understand the current situation of mathematics layered homework assignments,find related issues,such as mathematics teachers’ concept of layered homework,arrangement,corrections,and undertake the layered management to the student etc.Combined with education background analysis of the current elementary school in the second period layered homework problems,and finally to cause some strategic Suggestions about layered operation implementation,such as strengthening teachers’ training work,promoting the layered homework widely implemented,explorating layered management with multi-angle,improving the rationality of the hierarchical,stratification of the reasonable arrangement,effectively promoting students’ development and operation process of diversification,promote layered homework feedback effect,etc.,hope to provide help for front-line teachers,cause the extensive concern of stratification of mathematics homework and thinking,to promote quality education..
