Mathematics is a discipline which is full of logic and discipline. In our country, it is based on the curriculum standard and the teaching material for the unified requirements of the junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching. At present I have taught classes located in the rural areas, the overall quality of students is uneven, plus restricted traditional thinking, learning differences in mathematical ability. In some students’ cognition, mathematics has been considered as a discipline that is difficult to understand. They are generally poor in learning initiative and consciousness. Therefore, in practical teaching, teachers think about the method of arranging the work of a layer and improve students’ interest in learning mathematicsLayered operation is one of the important parts in the teaching, it has changed the mode of the traditional layout, saves the time of students doing homework, and avoids some "useless" and improves the learning efficiency of students. In the course of the teaching process, the teachers put more energy into the arrangement of the homework, no longer a simple assignments are arranged. Layering working with students learning psychology, is also in line with the theory of teaching students according to their aptitude in the teaching theory, zone of proximal development and the theory of multiple intelligences, with a wide range of theoretical basis. From the reform experience of the domestic and international mathematics lamination work, according to the present situation of the students in the school, we decide to implement the layered work in our school.This paper is based on the previous studies, according to the characteristics of the students in the school to improve the specific practice of the layered operation, the formation of a hierarchical evaluation system. Taking the students of grade seven in junior middle school as the research object, the experiment class and the control class were divided into the experimental class and the control class. In the practice of layered work, the students can be divided into different levels. When writing a layered operation, take full consideration of the characteristics of different levels of students to meet their different needs, combined with hierarchical evaluation and hierarchical critiqued, through a hierarchical grading students exercise ability, so not only is the students to do exercises, can also subject to explain in their own language and enable further knowledge to be mastered, into their own knowledge; through the hierarchical evaluation, let the students fully see their own progress, realize the happiness of success,and increase the confidence of learning. In the process, the test of two classes of mathematics learning is from the overall results and the different levels of students to study the actual effect of the stratified operation. In addition, teachers are integrated into the students, through visits to understand the students’ perception of the hierarchical operation.The practice shows that the layered homework is very helpful to the students’ interest in learning mathematics and the improvement of mathematics achievement. According to students’ individual differences in the students’ homework and facing all students, not only to improve the quality of teachers themselves, and more conducive to play the initiative of students, to develop students’ learning habits.
