At present,fine arts in our country has come to a new period which focus on quality.The education will pay more attention to cultivate students to adapt themselves to the lifelong development and social development.The development of art school-based curriculum to cultivate students need can play a good role in this regard.Art can adapt to the local development of school-based curriculum for the special needs of school education,promote the school characteristics,improve the art teachers' teaching ability,and meet the needs of students' personal development.So in a diversed culture background,how to develop and highlight school-based curriculum with the characteristics of local art education is a field that need to discuss.Dongxing,on the border of Guangxi,is a city on the most southwestern coastline in mainland China.And it is the only city that has terrestrial and coastal border between China and ASEAN countries,so it has an important status for defense.The students in local primary and secondary schools should not only learn basic knowledge and skills but also should learn to be patriotism.In addition,Dongxing has a long history and the characteristic of Jing,so the local school education should also pay attention to the cultivation of the love to the local and our nation.School-based curriculum and national curriculum focus on basic and unity,meanwhile the school-based curriculum can fully respect and meet the special needs of school border areas.In the process of research in this thesis,my research searched material with book and Internet research.And my research collected and organized Dongxing art school-based curriculum resources.Then the field research was applied to understand fine arts situation in Dongxing elementary school,the exploitation and utilization of the art school-based curriculum resources.It was found that there were some problems presented in the elementary school fine arts in Dongxing,such as art school teachers with poor skill,outdated teaching methods and the inapplicability of arts material,etc.I have done a composited research on these problems.There is a good premise that local student took an interest on thefine art before local school improved art school-based curriculum development.Based on field research,explore art school-based curriculum resources in Dongxing,extract the applicable resource and summarize to three resource: historical resource,geographical resources and Jing resource.Because art school-based curriculum is a rigorous process,Dongxing development of school-based curriculum in the elementary school should follow the present situation and developmental needs,should adhere to the regional principle,feasibility principle,thecomprehensive principle for all students.After related theory research,our research summarized the design method of the school-based curriculum in the elementary school and put the development of school-based curriculum in the elementary school in practice.With the practice,some local art teachers were affected.They began to pay close attention to the development of school-based curriculum,at the same time I increased in interest in learning and provided local art textile with local characters.This research was mainly located in theoretical research on the development of school-based curriculum,combine art teaching practice research and theory analysis and compile textbook for schoolbased curriculum.Through this research,I hope that this research can provide the relevant reference for local art school-based curriculum for art teachers in elementary school in Dongxing and other cities which are located near foreign country.
