Along with the reform of college entrance examination in the practice of Shanghai,zhejiang and other places,the "3 + 3" mode of high school biology teaching put forward higher request,requests the teacher teaching content should be more targeted and design the teaching activities should be more clear directivity,so as to implement the core literacy biological disciplines,to let the students in learning this course has more strong interest and enthusiasm.Teachers in each class is how to determine the content of the teaching,the teaching activity design of what kind of indicators should be used as a reference,the students master the teaching content to achieve what kind of cognition,and so on,these questions are need to refer to the teaching goal to develop.In 2017,the biology course standard,mentioned a very important keywords "core literacy",and biological sciences core literacy needs to implement in each class,each class is necessary to carry out what kind of subject core literacy curriculum standard reference of related items,Cui Hong professor and professor en-shan liu mentioned in the lecture course standard of entries in the "content" is highly summarized into words,how to grasp the content of the standard into operable teaching classroom teaching goals,needs teachers on the basis of carefully grasp the spirit of curriculum standard,using the teaching wisdom of creative development.By investigating part of the first-line teachers,analysis of part of lesson plans,watch some video class teachers have now biology teacher in biological teaching goal design there are some problems and some confusion.Some teachers have a weak sense of goal in mind.In some teaching content,the design is not reasonable;In the form of some teaching objectives,the statement is not standard.There are also some problems in the implementation of biological classroom teaching objectives,which are divorced from the teaching process.Arbitrary implementation of teaching objectives;Formal implementation of teaching objectives and other problems.The author analyzes the reasons of these situations in the practice of biological teaching objectives from subjective and objective aspects.Finally,under the guidance of blum education target classification,system theory,teaching design theory,multiple intelligence theory,biological teaching theory,The general methods of designing teaching objectives are summarized as follows: decomposing curriculum standard objectives,analyzing learning content,analyzing students' knowledge level,determining cognitive verbs,and expressing teaching objectives.Then,it summarizes the plan of implementing the teaching objectives of biology class in high school,and designs the relevant teaching design sections and test questions related to target detection through relevant DNA replication.
