TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) provides a new knowledge framework for the integration of information technology and curriculum, and the development and implementation of TPACK also cannot do without the teacher, and plays a guiding role in the improvement teachers' professional skills. At present, with the combination of basic education and higher education, the cultivation of the master of education is an effective way to enhance the quality of teachers in primary and middle schools. Promoting the development of master of education in TPACK, has become the inevitable demand of modern information society.The research of TPACK mainly focuses on four areas:the origin of TPACK, the development of TPACK, the current situation about TPACK; how to enhance teacher' ability of TPACK, evaluation scales designing about TPACK; and TPACK application in primary and secondary school curriculum. But in our country, the systematic investigation and study on mastery of TPACK in master of education are relatively few, and studies mostly focus on undergraduate normal students and teachers. Therefore, this paper chose the Shaanxi Normal University, class of 2014 master of education as the research objects, and carried out research on the development of TPACK for master of education.This paper is a survey of the development of TPACK for master of education, and adopts the combination of qualitative and quantitative research. According to the foreign TPACK measurement tools, the author combines the characteristics of master of education to design questionnaire. The study analyzes the data to get the conclusion and to understand the level and characteristics of their TPACK ability. In order to make up for the shortage of quantitative research, the author makes a combination of questionnaire and interview study research, and designs the interview outline, surveys the area or watches the teaching video. For ensuring the feasibility of qualitative study, the author chooses the master of education in the same internship location (Dongguan Ji Chuan middle school) and the same profession (modern education technology) as the research objects, then carries out a comprehensive and objective qualitative analysis.The research mainly includes several aspects:the author designs a TPACK survey questionnaire based on the foreign research, which can provide some reference for the future researchers to evaluate the ability of teachers'TPACK; the implementation of the questionnaire and face-to-face interviews can help the objects to concern and understand the TPACK, so that the master of education to establish a certain degree of TPACK awareness; the author analyzes the data for conclusion to know the TPACK level of master of education, and provides a developmental strategy to promote the mastery of TPACK of master of education.
