In the era of information technology,the research on the application of teacher information technology to teaching is becoming more and more important in the field of education at home and abroad.The teaching ability of teachers to develop and integrate technology is very important for the effective use of technology.Foreign scholars Mishra and Koehler(2006)have joined the technical knowledge of Shulman(1986)subjective teaching knowledge(PCK)to establish a disciplinary teaching knowledge(TPACK)framework for integrated technologyThis paper draws lessons from relevant literature and research results at home and abroad,and tries to form an effective and reliable teaching ability evaluation scale for normal students to understand the teaching ability level and characteristics of teacher integrated technology.Based on the research method of quantitative and qualitative research,this paper is based on the theoretical framework of TPET,and on the basis of observing the principle of index system construction.Through the Delphi law two rounds of expert questionnaires,according to the views of experts to organize and modify the unified,to build the integration of teachers teaching capacity evaluation index system,and then use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index system,Index evaluation system.The questionnaire of the research scale was developed according to the index system of the index,and the questionnaire was designed with reference to the feasible TPET scale at home and abroad.Taking the senior teachers of Jiangxi Normal University as the survey object,the questionnaire was distributed and the survey results were analyzed and discussed.Through the analysis and processing of the questionnaire,the author finds that the master degree of technical knowledge is the highest degree of mastery,and the teaching ability of the integrated technology is lacking.In order to improve the teaching ability of normal students' integrated technology,one is to update the teaching materials of normal school education curriculum,add TPACK theory and technical application teaching method to the reform of normal student curriculum,and strengthen the teaching practice of normal students in real teaching environment Integration of teaching skills.
