Rapid pace era of knowledge economy profoundly affects the education informationization process, technical support the learning environment of the building as the basis of making a change teaching and learning are never given the values and mission. With the development of the national policy and technology, coupled with the urgent need of education reform," Twelfth-Five Year Plan" key project of education informatization——"three links& two platform " formed in time. "three links" mainly refers to the broadband network, quality resources and learning all through network space. Currently, the "School Link" and "class Link " has achieved some results. "Everyone link"is still in its infancy, has not only become China's "Thirteenth-Five Year Plan " focus on information technology in education, but also difficult. "Everyone Link" goal is through the network of real-name system that everyone has a learning space, a web-based learning space way of teaching, research and discussion, and then realize the teaching and learning, teaching and fully interactive teaching and learning, promote the comprehensive reform of teaching methods and ways of learning. Eventually improve the quality of education, realize the educational equity. Through the understanding of the national policy and literature research, found that there are many provinces and cities are building "Everyone Link platform", not except Shaanxi province. But for their use effect, the research is very few. "Everyone link platform in Shaanxi province" has invested pilot in 2014 years, but so far no research on it, so it is necessary to study the present situation and problems of its use. This paper used literature analysis and investigation method (including questionnaire investigation and interview method)to investigate the applying status of "Everyone link platform in Shaanxi province", some existing problems and influencing factors in the thorough analysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. In order to provide reference and guidance for the follow-up studies.This research mainly consists of the following six aspects:The first chapter is introduction. Mainly includes the research background and questions raised, research status, research goal and significance, research contents, research methods and research thought, a total of five aspects.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and definition. The theoretical basis of this study is the Humanistic learning theory, Constructivist learning theory and the emerging Unicom learning theory, In the definition part, define the network learning space and "Everyone Link".The third chapter is for "Everyone link platform in Shaanxi province "in middle school teaching present situation of application of the investigation in Xi'an, which contains the simple introduction of the platform. This chapter studied the applying status in teaching and learning through the questionnaires and interviews,.The fourth chapter is based on the survey, in-depth analysis of the data behind the platform in middle school teaching application of the existing problems and influencing factors.The fifth chapter is based on the platform in middle school which has the problems in the teaching application and puts forward the countermeasures of influencing factors, so as to provide reference and guidance for the subsequent research.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook. The research achievements of this research explains, innovation points and deficiencies, and points out the issues which need to be studied further.
