Study On The Intervention Of Professional Social Work In Rural Day Care Center

In recent years, pension problem is increasingly prominent in the background of aging of population and aging before getting rich. And rural pension system has much difficulty because of urban-rural dual structure and urbanization's speediness, the traditional culture, the social environment, traditional pension system. But rural area represents china's traditional image and typical community, so rural construction and rural pension system must to improve level. But rural pension system developed slowly; Shanxi explores rural pension system over the years. In order to promote rural pension system and get rich research data about Shanxi's rural pension service, I research the rural day care center's actuality and effect regarding three Shanxi's rural day care centers, and analysis of the problems, explore the feasibility of the social work intervention, meet the demand of the rural elderly and improve service quality of the day care center through social work's professional method and service.It is necessary about exploring pension model of adapting to our country's situation, developing social pension model, construct rural elderly day care center. This paper can expand the related research materials and improve the standard of old people's living.There are six sections in this paper:The first part is introduction, explained study's background, purpose,and meaning, reviewed the related literature at home and abroad, used the methods and theory basis of social work research, defined the concept about social work and day care service in the end.The second part is current situation, introduced the basic information three rural day care centers about infrastructure construction and service management, and explored the favorable factors.The third part is questions about the operation, including two aspects: management and service.The fourth parts are feasibility and necessity of social work intervention. The feasibility including social work's professional advantage, community service and the function of community care. The necessity including policy's support and the improvement of life quality.The fifth part is main way of social work intervention. On the one hand is completing elderly day care service, including organization management and service delivery. On the other hand is providing personalized services for the elderly.The sixth part is conclusion, summarized the importance of day care center's development and the critical function of social work intervention. Explained study's innovation, and reflected study's deficiencies.
