Research On The Optimization Of Employment Service System For College Students

Employment of college graduate has been paid attention to by the whole society. The tough job market situation requires enhanced college graduate employment service. A perfect and efficient college graduate employment service system is an important factor for improving its employment service as well as solving the related problems. The establishment of college graduate employment service system does not only concern personal interests of college graduate and vital interests of higher education institutions, but also influences the development of economy and social stability in our country. Therefore, establishing a nation-wide college graduate employment service system is of both theoretical and practical significance.The main factors influencing college graduate employment are lying in the government, higher education institutions, social aspects (employer and job intermediary), and college graduates themselves and etc., which are also key elements of college graduate employment service system. There are some achievements obtained in college graduate employment service system in our country, whereas problems have also emerged in regard to each of its influencing factors. The foundation of establishing college graduate employment service system lies in analyzing problem of college graduate employment service system in our country, and drawing experiences from developed countries in building their systems. Based on comparative study of college graduate employment service system in developed countries, by drawing experiences from them, considering our national conditions, this paper studies four influencing factors of government, higher education institutions, society and graduates, with methods of comparative analysis and system approach. It aims to fully play the role of job market and graduates themselves to realize college graduate full employment by bettering college graduate employment service system, and enhancing relations/connections between higher education institutions and employers under government macro-control.
