Our country is a populous country,large population base,growing faster is the prominent characteristics of China’s population resources,huge population pressure,make the employment problem has become one of the important problems in the development of society.In 2016 the number of college graduates in China has risen to 7.65 million,an increase of 2015 compared with 2015,among them,college graduates in liaoning province has 293000 people,an increase of 2015 compared with 2015,the employment situation of college graduates is more and more serious.College graduates employment problems concerning the national economy and people’s livelihood,is about the social stability and development of university graduates employment service system construction is perfect,directly affects the employment of college graduates,therefore,to strengthen to the problem of college graduates employment service system construction research is particularly important.Papers will be college graduates employment service system in liaoning province as the research object,analyzes its present situation,while points out shortcomings,puts forward some countermeasures for the improvement of the valuable,for the college graduates employment service system construction of liaoning province,and even other provinces in the improvement of the college graduates employment service system construction work contribute to a force.The research on the construction of employment service system for college graduates in liaoning province is of great significance to improve the employment rate of college graduates and help college students to achieve employment.And the innovation of this paper is that the author is engaged in the work related to the high school graduates in liaoning province,can be obtained from the work practice research papers of related information,at the same time,combining the current situation of university graduates employment service system construction of liaoning province and problems,clearly put forward demand,training,employment of the strategy of cultivating talents,through to the employment of university graduates curriculum associated with universities,schools,enterprises and students tightly together,for college graduates in liaoning province implementation contribute the smooth employment.Through the occupational in idiosyncratic factors theory,Holland to theory and information asymmetry theory,on the basis of combining literature research,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,the analysis on the construction of college graduates employment service system in liaoning province,sums up the problems existing in college graduates employment service system in liaoning province,mainly including employment information channel smooth general characteristic,employment guidance team services specialization level is low,poor integrity employment service system construction,reasons for these problems mainly include the employment information transmission mechanism is not sound,the employment guidance team building investment insufficiency,the employment service system construction of the main body role play does not reach the designated position,etc.To solve these problems,we should strengthen the college graduates employment service system information construction,improve the professional quality of the college graduates employment service and service level,to improve graduates employment service system construction and so on three aspects,to improve the college graduates employment service system construction of liaoning province.
