Using consumer decision theory and human capital theory to explains why these factors will affect family selective education expenditure, and the use of multiple regression model analysis the factors impact on the selectivity of education spending in the same model.Research found that family income, parents’ level of education, parents’ will on selective education is most significant, followed by the children’ attitude to selective education, parents’ occupation, the number of children, etc. Children and children’ learning performance of its impact was not significant.
