Studying on the urban compulsory education phase family selective education spending will provides reference significance for improving the education investment burden and compensation model.This paper mainly study the factors of selective education compulsory education phase family expenditure. On the basis of existing research results and literature, this paper puts forward family selective factors of expenditure on compulsory education stage and takes H county in shaanxi province as an example for empirical study, using the questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews as the main way for data collection and data analysis. finally to verify this hypothesis factors, through relevant analysis found that the factors basic assumptions all selective influences the stage of compulsory education family education expenditure. Using consumer decision theory and human capital theory to explains why these factors will affect family selective education expenditure, and the use of multiple regression model analysis the factors impact on the selectivity of education spending in the same model.Research found that family income, parents’ level of education, parents’ will on selective education is most significant, followed by the children’ attitude to selective education, parents’ occupation, the number of children, etc. Children and children’ learning performance of its impact was not significant. Second, the family to participate in the selective channel way of education and parents’ satisfaction of related education policy also influence family selective education spending.Found that some problems in the whole course of the study.
