| This study on the basis of empirical study,which chooses a comparative study method, is used to discover the differences of the occupation, income, education in the children’s education consumption,including the basic,expansive, elective consumption. Results show that the children’s expansive,elective consumption in the different careers has significant differences. The children’s expensive,selective education consumption is significantly different, which the children parents have the university degree or not. The children’s expansive and selective education consumption in high income and low income families also has significant differences. To some extent, the families economic income, the occupational status, the parents’ education greatly influence the children’s education consumption.At the same time,when researcher analyzes the proportion of the basic education consumption,the expensive education consumption,the elective education consumption in the families’ income and outcome,he finds that low income families in the children’s education consumption is not big, but has a larger proportion in families’ outcome.And in the high income families,though their children’s education consumption is considerable,it just has a small proportion of families’ consumption.Gradually, the low-income families is likely to face a phenomenon of the educational poverty. And the investigation also shows the families’ economic status determines their children’s education resources and possession.,which will hinder people through the means of education to flow up in some way.The research results illustrate a common problem:the families’ economic status has an important effect on the children’s education consumption. And the different social classes in using and possessing resources is seriously uneven,which means that they possess the quantity of resources and they can use the resources to what extent freely.In the children’s education consumption, especially the expansive education consumption and selective education consumption, the middle families children can get good education,nevertheless,the underlying families have no more resources to disposal.In some degree,this situation has reproduced the inequality. Education is not becoing the not means of "change destiny",but has become the way of the middle class families to maintain their upper position.The low-income families in education consumption is higher,so this may produce the phenomenon of educational poverty in the long run. The researcher thinks of that the reasons why has lead to this phenomenon are mainly because:the external reason is that the government input and output is imbalance; and the internal reason is economy. The phenomenon also will lead to some results:the first is the individual heart lost; the second is to block the mobility of the social class; the third is that it will influence the social stability and the development of the country. |
