Research On The Management Of Student Dormitory In Shaanxi Colleges And Universities

College dormitory is an important place for students to live and learn. College student dormitories only bring the convenience of life, but also to enable students to continue to learn and grow,with the change of college dormitory management model, school dormitory attention to the needs of students declining. Initially the Dormitory accommodation is provided resting place for students, social development and changes of the times,the college dormitory attached to a new meaning. Dormitory are not limited to rest, it also can provide more function,like students physical development, mental health training, student life functions and role of education and students' comprehensive capacity development. These effects continue to highlight, but also bring new challenges to the student dormitory management.New Period,College needs to train the whole person, who is balanced in all aspects of development.University as a place to educate people, everywhere is permeated with education of students,student dormitories is no exception.College students are the main target of dormitory management, content and form of the dormitory management also affect the physical and mental development of students.Currently, the college dormitory in logistical half social management model, by the school and Logistics Group jointly manage student dormitories, in this mode of management,the dormitory management should do the investigate and analyse of studens from different aspects and angles,understand the needs of students in the dormitory, analyzes the different needs of different types of students.The author chooses many studensts from some colleges and universities in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province as the research object, to find the specific circumstances of these universities quarters, the current specific needs of college students in college dorm. The dormitory management should do the investigate and analyse of studens from different aspects and angles,understand the needs of students in the dormitory, analyzes the different needs between different types of students.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the comprehensive development of Marxist theory of people,the author analyses students' needs in dormitories and dormitories' things,and puts forward some useful advertises to the dormitory management,calling for university dormitory management raise concernsc for students' needs,and improve the quality of university dormitory management.
