Investigation And Research On The Training And Competition Status Of College Tennis Teams In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,tennis has become more and more concerned in the domestic tennis,tennis as an important part of the sports industry greatly contributed to China's economic development,with China's outstanding achievements in women's tennis,attracted More and more attention,more and more young people began to invest in tennis,the injection of fresh power.It is the responsibility of colleges and universities to develop the important media of tennis,to spread the skills and knowledge of tennis,to improve the overall level of tennis,to train high level coaches and athletes and to transport talents.Heilongjiang Provincial College Student Tennis Championships organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education,black,this event is more representative of Heilongjiang Province,the authority of the tournament has been successfully held the 14 th.Each year,colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province are actively participating in the competition,and universities participating in it are representative.Therefore,through the investigation and study of the Tenth Heilongjiang University Student Tournament,we have carried on the investigation and analysis to the 16 colleges and universities tennis team participating in the training and the competition present situation.Through 2016 participated in the 14 th Heilongjiang Province University Student Championship,has participated in three competitions,so to investigate the event to understand,can provide a reliable basis for the study.Through questionnaire survey and expert interview,the athletes,coaches and referees participating in the tournament were distracted and questionnaires were dispatched to find out the shortcomings in the training and competition of the college tennis teams in Heilongjiang Province,and to put forward the countermeasures of tennis development in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province Rationalization proposals,to identify the impact of Heilongjiang college tennis team training and competition constraints,to find a good training and competition methods.The results show that the athletes who participate in the college tennis tournament in Heilongjiang Province are mainly college students,there is no first-class athlete level,and the construction team and professional team will be built up by the professional team,Retired athletes,the overall level of competition is not very high competition.Coaches of imbalance between men and women,mainly concentrated in the age of 30-40 years of age,coaching most of the 5-10 years,most coaches are not full-time coaches,coaches to participate in professional training opportunities are few,a few from the Sports Institute School tennis professional graduation,there are some coaches are self-study tennis skills,from other professional turn to,specialization is not high,the lack of high-level college coaches.Heilongjiang Province,the college tennis team training for the annual training is relatively small,the majority of college training is pre-training,each training time 3-4 hours,mainly for basic technical and tactical training,physical training,mental training and intelligent training occupancy The training time is relatively small,the lack of scientific and systematic training and security system to participate in Heilongjiang Province,college tennis competition referee mainly young people,the referee has a national level and level,a graduate student,undergraduate,mainly in undergraduate.Competition in the competition is not enough,competition system and competition methods to be improved,college tennis tournament held less tennis players to participate in the small number of games less competition experience,training and training of athletes on the timing of the existence of contradictions.Some colleges and universities lack of venues and equipment,college athletes training conditions is difficult to protect,training and competition activities is difficult to carry out.Through researching and solving these problems,it is propitious to promote the healthy and rapid development of college tennis,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of college students.For the future of Heilongjiang Province college tennis team training and competition as well as the development of national tennis has important significance.
