Research On Site Resource Optimization Of The Zhangjiakou Snow Project In The 2022 Winter Olympics

In July 31,2015,Beijing and Zhangjiakou successfully bid for the twenty-fourth Winter Olympic Games in 2022,As an important venue for the snow event in the Winter Olympic Games,the Zhangjiakou area has 8 Olympic venues,of which 5 competitive venues and 3 non competition venues are facing the important task of the snow venue construction planning.Previously,the main ski venues in Zhangjiakou area close yuan-Genting Park,Wanlong ski,ski Town,Fulong four dance too Town,Saibei ski resort,the Great Wall ridge ski and so on,scale,layout is far from the Olympic Games,the need for systematic and scientific work and meet resource optimization the allocation of regional development needs.In January 23,2017,President Xi Jinping in Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province on the Beijing Olympics organizing work,put forward Zhangjiakou snow on the project site construction plan of the specific requirements for resource optimization of Zhangjiakou snow on the project site construction put forward a clear direction.The objective and significance of the thesis: through the existing site resources of field visits,investigation of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Zhangjiakou,referring to the relevant literature,expert consultation,access to the Zhangjiakou Olympics venue construction plan,construction goal,focus on analysis of the current situation of existing venues resources,find out the project site on the snow resources in Zhangjiakou advantages and disadvantages,and put forward some suggestions for the optimization of site resources.The author hopes to provide practical references for the construction of Zhangjiakou Olympic Winter Games snow resources,the post competition utilization and sustainable development in 2022,and provide some theoretical basis for future research.This paper draws the following conclusions: 2022 Olympic venues snow project planning to make full use of the existing land resources,for the effective planning,lay a good foundation for the future optimization of venues resource utilization.The existing competition area is concentrated in the A and B venues of the park,Genting Park,Chongli District,which saves investment and embodies the concept of thrifty running.However,in the allocation of resources,the venues still need to be further optimized,and the market competition and personnel training should be strengthened.The natural and geographical conditions,.1.Zhangjiakou District of Chongli city is superior,the ecological system is relatively complete,winter sports culture time is longer,the existing industrial development policy conditions relaxed,more favorable for resource allocation and optimization.2.Through the systematic planning and optimization of resources,the existing resources meet the requirements of the 2022 Olympic Winter Snow project,but also conducive to the long-term development of the Chongli ski industry after the winter olympics.3.The 2022 Winter Olympic Games are the important reasons for the accumulation,optimization and sustained development of the stadiums in Zhangjiakou.4.Regional linkage is the main opportunity for the rapid development of transportation,infrastructure and employment in Zhangjiakou ski venues.5.The Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City,the ski field quantity and disorderly competition,exist in the management,will inevitably affect the short-sighted,Chongli ski industry in the future to the development of internationalization,scale and modernization,is not conducive to the Winter Olympics in Zhangjiakou snow on the project site resources optimization.6.The preparation and hosting of the Winter Olympic Games in Zhangjiakou are facing a big gap in talent,which needs to be strengthened.The lack of professionals the following suggestions: 1.Make full use of the natural geographical conditions and good winter sports culture accumulation in Chongli District of Zhangjiakou city to provide favorable conditions for optimizing the allocation of resources.2.The 2022 Winter Olympic Games snow project venues optimize the allocation,should fully reflect the post game utilization and the overall long-term development requirements of the ski industry.3.The regional linkage as the main driving force for the Zhangjiakou snow venues,corresponding transportation,infrastructure and other resources to provide protection.4.Countries should develop,Chongli District of Zhangjiakou City,the strict control of the ski venues in the use of resources,control the excessive growth of the number of ski,ski existing strict supervision of resource development and utilization,the Winter Olympics Zhangjiakou snow project competition venues and other areas of Chongli ski ski resources development should be carried out scientific long-term planning rational investment,should maximize the conservation of resources should not be short-sighted.The planning and construction of the Zhangjiakou division of the Winter
