Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Path Of The Construction Of Ice Hockey Teams In Beijing Universities Under The Background Of The 2022 Winter Olympics

With the intense and orderly preparation of 2022 Winter Olympics,the launch and implementation of "300 million people on ice and Snow" and "Hundreds of cities and Thousands of schools · Ice and snow Sports on campus" have injected new vigor and vitality into the development of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities.Ice hockey movement of the college students to promote the popularity of ice hockey movement and development has very important significance,it will be for college hockey enthusiasts to provide a platform and opportunity,drive more students to participate in ice hockey,ice hockey movement in universities cultivate good hockey sports reserve talented person athletic training channels,and improve the ice hockey players So as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of ice hockey.Based on this,this paper takes Beijing college hockey team construction and development as the research object,with Beijing college hockey team coaches,athletes,team leader,the team manager for investigation object,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics,the research on construction of ice hockey team 6 universities of Beijing,to discuss analysis the following conclusions:The analysis results show that:ⅰ.The number of college hockey teams in Beijing is small and the establishment time is short,but the goal of team building is clear,and there are not many games to participate in the competition,resulting in fewer competition opportunities.ⅱ.The distribution of athletes in beijing university ice hockey teams is uneven,the foundation is poor,and the talent transportation system is not perfect.Due to the small number of athletes with athlete levels restricted by the competition rules,the average strength level of athletes is not high,and the gap between the strength levels of various sports teams is large,some athletes said that the annual cost of ice hockey training is a bit high compared to their own economic conditions,it is difficult to afford,the contradiction between player training still exists,but the enthusiasm of athletes to participate in training is very high,and the athletes have a clear plan for development after graduation.ⅲ.The number of titles of the coaches of the beijing college ice hockey team is small,the degree of full-time is low,the lack of relevant training opportunities,and even the situation that there is no special person to be responsible,or the school arranges personnel to shoulder a number of sports at the same time,which is an important internal factor affecting the construction of the team.ⅳ.The ice hockey teams of Non-sports colleges and universities in Beijing lack on-campus infrastructure,and all teams have a single source of funding channels,and it is difficult to meet the daily training and competition of sports teams,which is an important external factor affecting team construction.ⅴ.Beijing university leaders do not pay enough attention to the construction and development of the ice hockey team,resulting in the lack of incentive measures for coaches and athletes,and most of the medical departments or professionals of the university ice hockey team will be temporarily equipped with more than personnel before the game,or there will be no allocation,which is one of the important factors affecting the sustainable development of the beijing university ice hockey team.
