Research On Cultivation And Evaluation Of Ice And Snow Application Talents In Colleges And Universities Of Zhangjiakou City Under 2022 Winter Olympics

Beijing and Zhangjiakou jointly won the right to host the 24 th Winter Olympics in 2022.Zhangjiakou plays an important role in the success of the Winter Olympics.In order to help the Winter Olympics and consolidate the foundation of the mass ice and snow sports,and to create a cultural atmosphere in which the whole people participate in ice and snow,colleges and universities in Zhangjiakou must take advantage of their own advantages to shoulder the important task of "training talents for ice and snow application".In order to build up the soft power of Zhangjiakou section of the Winter Olympic Games,it is necessary to train the talents serving the winter Olympics as well as the guiding talents of ice and snow sports serving the society.Based on this,the paper took the cultivation of ice and snow application talents in Zhangjiakou city as the research object,selected the general situation of cultivation of ice and snow application talents in three universities in Zhangjiakou city and twenty college students as the research object.The present situation of ice and snow application talents training in several universities in Zhangjiakou city was studied by field investigation,investigation and interview,mathematical statistics and other research methods.Through the method of constructing the evaluation model of ice and snow application talents,five indexes of evaluation of ice and snow application talents were determined,namely,sports theoretical knowledge,physical quality,teaching ability and service ability,ice and snow skill and the practical ability of college students majoring in ice and snow in Zhangjiakou city was scientifically evaluated.The study found that the training of "ice" courses and "snow" courses in the three colleges in Zhangjiakou City was uneven,the proportion of students' skills practice courses was relatively small,the teaching facilities could not meet the teaching needs,the teaching staff was short,and there was a lack of high-level talents.The evaluation results showed that he proportion of practical courses of students' skills is relatively small,the teaching facilities and facilities can not meet the needs of teaching,the teaching staff is short and there is a lack of high-level talents,the abilities of ice and snow majors in Zhangjiakou universities are not up to the training standards.The result shows that thereis a lack of soft power in training applied talents in Zhangjiakou universities,and the hardware condition of training applied talents in Zhangjiakou universities is insufficient.It is suggested that the curriculum should be further optimized,the practice opportunities of students should be increased,the soft power of teachers should be supplemented and the soft power of talent cultivation should be expanded We will continue to improve the evaluation standards for the training of applied talents in Zhangjiakou.
