Abdominal breathing is a training method that can be adjusted by adjusting the breathing mode,and thus improving the body’s movement posture and movement mode.It can increase the pressure and pressure balance in the abdominal cavity,make the abdominal cavity of the body become stable and fulfilling,strengthen the stability of the torso and spine,and achieve the effect of improving the energy out of the core area.In this study,the effects of three kinds of bridge-type movements on the surface muscle of human core area,IEMG,were studied,and several healthy male college students of Hebei Normal University Sports College were under abdominal bypass(flat support)for 12 weeks through literature,experimental,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.Side bridge and hip bridge exercise training.The aim is to explore training methods to enhance the core strength of the human body and make the movements of all aspects of the body more coordinated,effectively improve the quality of the movement and reduce energy leakage.At the same time,by detecting and comparing the mobilization and degree of the core muscles in the core area,it provides a reference for the activation of the surface muscles in the core area of the human body and the correct bridge exercise.The results were as follows:1.Abdominal bridge,side bridge and hip bridge three bridge movements for abdominal straight muscle,abdominal oblique muscle,straight muscle,waist vertical muscle,hip muscle and bicep muscle have activated training role.2.Abdominal breathing mode intervention training can greatly improve the activation of abdominal straight muscle and abdominal oblique muscle,and the abdominal bridge and side bridge movement effect is most significant.3.Abdominal breathing mode intervention training(side bridge and hip bridge)can greatly improve the mobilization of the lumbar vertical muscle,and hip bridge improvement effect is most obvious.Abdominal breathing mode intervention training(abdominal bridge)significantly reduces the mobilization of the lumbar verticalmuscle,but its movement posture is more stable.4.The three bridge movements of abdominal breathing mode intervention training did not have a significant effect on the straight muscle,and had a reduced effect on the activation of the biceps,but the movement attitude was more stable and the duration was longer.Abdominal breathing mode intervention plays a positive role in the stability of the three bridge movements and the correct movement for a long time. |
