Research On The Treatment Of Physical Education Teachers In Primary And Middle Schools In Shanghai

Recently,the State Council promulgated the document "on the strengthening of school sports to promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of students' views",requiring the protection of physical education teachers in the title(title)assessment,welfare,excellent recognition,promotion and other aspects of the same treatment with other subject teachers.Primary and secondary school physical education teachers as an important part of school education,not only related to the future growth of young people's physical health,but also to promote the comprehensive development of school education,is playing an increasingly important role.The treatment of physical education teachers and the effect of physical education has a very close relationship between the level of treatment related to the level of teacher teaching initiative,initiative,related to the attractiveness of the teacher industry and the construction of teachers.Shanghai as a comprehensive reform of China's education reform area,especially the new sports curriculum reform "big face" primary school interest,junior high school diversification,high school specialization,the implementation of the new curriculum reform on the physical education teachers,teaching methods,Knowledge,professional attitudes,their own character,and their understanding of educational reform have made them the center of educational reform.The However,in the high demand,high standard environment,the number of school physical education and physical education extracurricular activities increased significantly,making the physical pressure teachers per week serious overload.From the reality of reflection,the curriculum reform on the treatment of physical education teachers did not significantly improve the current view of Shanghai primary and secondary school physical education teachers and other disciplines compared to the prevalence of low treatment,large workload and other issues.This paper investigates the present situation of PE teachers in primary and middle schools in Shanghai by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The paper analyzes the characteristics and influence of PE teachers' teaching workload and extracurricular workload in Shanghai primary and middle schools factor.Based on the current situation of PE teachers in Shanghai,this paper expounds the existing problems of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,and seeks the reasons for the problems,and puts forward some suggestions to stimulate the enthusiasm of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai.Teachers' treatment to provide reference.
