The teacher is the core force in determining the quality of education.In order to promote the construction of high-quality teachers in Qingdao city,to cultivate more excellent physical education teachers in Qingdao city,to explore the growth process of physical education teachers in Qingdao city primary and secondary schools,this study USES the method of literature,interview,investigation,reference to the scientific development logic,based on the analysis of the development status of physical education teachers in Qingdao city primary and secondary schools,the comparison of the overall development status of physical education teachers in Qingdao city,based on the analysis of the development status of physical education teachers in Qingdao city primary and secondary schools,concluded the outstanding characteristics of physical education teachers in Qingdao city primary and secondary schools,sorted out the growth process of physical education teachers in Qingdao city primary and secondary schools,discussed the factors affecting the growth process of physical education teachers in Qingdao city primary and secondary schools.Put forward the growth of Qingdao city middle and primary school sports teacher has the periodic law,constructs the Qingdao city middle and primary school sports teacher "level stage type" growth model,for the implementation of teachers' team construction in Qingdao,promote the professional development of Qingdao city middle and primary school physical education teachers,promoting Qingdao city middle and and significance of the value of the contents of the study and research,combined with the related policy aims and Qingdao education development present situation,this paper briefly describes the physical education teacher development within the region,the significance of education reform,students' growth.2.Literature review: the research on "famous teachers" in China is summarized,the relevant research on teacher development in foreign countries is briefly summarized,and the previous research results are summarized.On the basis of the previous research,it is found that there are relatively few studies on the cultivation of regional famous sports teachers.3.The research object and methods: this study of research contents,the research object,by use of the research methods are development of Qingdao city middle and primary school sports teacher characteristics significantly.5.The growth process and causes of famous PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Qingdao: this paper analyzes the growth path of famous PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Qingdao,and finds that there are similarities and rules to follow.Combining with the growth characteristics of famous PE teachers and the division of famous PE teachers on their own growth process,and referring to the logical rules of scientific development,this paper divides the growth process of famous PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Qingdao into four stages: slow development,accelerated development,rapid development,and steady development.The factors affecting the growth of physical education masters in primary and secondary schools in Qingdao are mainly divided into internal and external factors.Physical education teaching level,scientific research ability,teaching belief,self-value pursuit and life orientation,teaching philosophy,personal character,life attitude and other internal influencing factors,internal factors play a major role in the growth of famous teachers.6.Stage growth model of Qingdao city middle and primary school sports teacher level construction: based on the 12 of Qingdao city middle and primary school sports teacher development present situation,the common characteristic,growth process and based on the analysis of the causes,combined with the growth of the teacher recommendations,building adapted to the Qingdao city middle and primary school physical education teachers to the development of the sports teacher or excellent teacher 5 level 4 levels of phase type growth model,the model body assumes the pyramid structure,from low to high is:(1)physical education teachers' basic teaching quality is the foundation(foundation level);(2)the awakening of professional consciousness and the accumulation of action are fundamental;(3)concise reflection is the only way for a famous teacher to grow up;(4)summarize experience,forge ahead and promote sustainable development;(5)refinement and sublimation,the courage to innovate,the pursuit of excellence.
