The rise of personalized teaching promoted the germination and development of microlecture.The miroclecture competition in the domestic set off a big strong wave.While costing a great amounts of money and manpower,the teachers really don't want to use the resources in their teaching.This paper aims to analyze the current situation of microlectures and put forward suggestions for improvement.In this paper,using literature research method and observation method,there is a preliminary understanding of microlectures by reading The Design and Implement of Microlecture and The Guide of Microlecture Imlpement.Then,reading a lot of literature,sorted through the software of SATI and UCINET,clarify the origin,concept definition and the trend of microlectures.Tease out such information as that "microlecture is a kind of personalized learning mean","many experts to associate the lesson and ADDIE model".Knowing about the relevant theoretical basis,the link to ADDIE model and microlecture.At the same time,identify the anlaysis dimension of the microlecture.Finally,select the sample and record the data.Through the data analysis,sum up the characteristics of the microlecture.There are five conclusions on microlecture in teaching goal,teaching activities,development,teaching language and evaluation.There are some problems in design,production,language and evaluation.Combing the PAQ(Performance Analysis Quadrant),the following five proposal are proposed.Firstly,we should focus on the basis point of personalized learning and improve the teachers' subject knowledge and information literacy.Secondly,cultivate the environment that really serves the microlecture learning.Thirdly,avoiding the manpower,material and financial resources' waste,we should emphasize the needs and requirement of mircolecture designing.Then revise the standard of good microlecture from the course in the specific way.At last,combine the research of brain neuroscience and microteaching practice,that can support the theory of microlecture.
