In the twenty-first century, Information Technology are developing rapidly, mankind has entered the era of digital learning.The education concept of the new age is quietly changing;Today’s education situation are more serious,and its requirement for teachers has also improved, whose primary reflecting is in classroom teaching.It’s gathering more of the teacher’s heart.At the same time, the "Microculture" is slowly penetrating into people’s lives, work and study."micro-lecture" instantly boomed on its heels.Its application in teaching promoted the progress of The times and the development of education,and It is widely being used in education field slowly.You can see, our country is paying more and more attention to Information Technology education, and constantly innovates in Information Technology curriculum standards.New standards requires that the Information Technology teaching should innovate the teaching idea and teaching model and applied Information Technology to life.It requests the student to contact the actual and play the main body status to achieve goals of cultivation and promotion of primary and middle school students’Information Literacy.The discipline characteristic of primary school Information Technology promise that it has a prerequisite for developing and applying in micro-course.The purpose of the research is mainly researching on application situation and development direction of domestic primary and secondary micro-lecture,combined with the characteristics of rural primary school environment and Information Technology disciplines,for building micro-lecture resource system in specific area and specific disciplines.And explore the application of strategy or plan of micro-lectureln in Information Technology teaching of the rural primary school.And eventually improve the effectiveness for students to study Information Technology in rural primary school.In this way it optimizes the Information Technology classroom teaching of Rural Primary School and improve student’s information literacy in rural primary school.Research through the literature review has cleared about teaching condition and development direction of rural primary and secondary micro-lecture.Then it is going to summarize subject characteristics of Information Technology in order to size the trend of IT micro-lecture design.The article chose the literature research in earlier satge, questionnaire survey in mid-stage,and the interview method in the last in real timedesigned. At last it come up with effectively micro-lecture application strategies of rural primary school by means of comparative Study of lesson practice.After the application of micro-course on practical Information Technology in in rural primary school,it can be concluded that as a new Information Technology teaching methods,micro-lecture’s content presentation meet pupils’especially rural pupils’ cognitive characteristics.Its class teaching style promoted exchanges between teachers and students,which also effectively improved insufficient such as IT classroom chaos,students’ low participation in class and repeatability waste of time in rural primary school. Application of micro-lecture promoted rural students’ autonomous learning ability and information literacy.It reached request of new Curriculum Standard for Information Technology. The study fully embodies the application of the micro-course under the Information Technology class in rural primary school, whose process provided for rural teachers with more practical experience and enriched Information Technology classroom of rural primary school better. As a result,it has developed more classroom teaching mode and improved the teaching quality of rural primary school’s Information Technology.Eventually it achieved the aim of advancing the education modernization of the province.
