Research On The Sense Of Professional Accomplishment And Its Influencing Factors

The problem of population aging is becoming the trouble of the global economy and the development.It is also a growing concern for our country.The one-child policy cause the older adults who have lost their only child is becoming a hot topic.The problem with the loss of single child family is becoming more and more serious,the government has introduced new policies to support this group.Since December 23,2013,the National Health and Family Planning Commission and other five departments issued "on further improving the work of family planning special assistance for needy families notice"(2013 No.41)proposed to establish "file special difficulties of family planning family contact system,make the lose the ability of civil conduct to reproduce special difficulties of family members into the arrangement of national adult guardianship system,timely communication,understand the needs and provide necessary assistance.”Contact system can be described as the introduction of the new service system in the past two years,the emergence of contacts to make the loss of independence to carry out more targeted and systematic.However,in the actual work,as a new service provider,the contact group faced a special crowd difficult at the same time,the "work pressure" and "mobility" and "occupation burnout","occupation accomplishment" became the "work feeling".There are several research have emerged about ” burnout ”,” Accomplishment ”,” Professional happiness ”.The special service object,the heavy work pressure,the demographic factor and so on will have the direct influence to the contact person's working condition,has the function to its professional achievement sense.This paper uses and questionnaire investigation methods.First,the author went to the contact training program of Shanghai Pudong New Area,to understand the family's status of Pudong New Area and contacts training situation,understand the difficulties and work pressure of the Pudong contacts' work,and then do the contact questionnaires,and 234 valid questionnaires were received.The main results include:(1)the overall level of Shanghai contacts with the existence of a sense of professional self-efficacy;(2)the degree of Shanghai contacts professional self-efficacy has difference among individuals;(3)contacts in the high degree mobility.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,the study gives some suggests in three areas: the government,social support and cntacts themselves.Based on tha analysis of the materials,author gives some advices about the support and reconstract of the contacts.
