There are individual differences between people,as there are no two identical leaves in the world.The pupils due to congenital and acquired the quality of the environment is different.Each student in intelligence,ability,personality and other aspects of the heredity,environment and education have different effects.There is a way to solve the problem of thinking and observation,different from the others.There are great differences in their physiology and psychology,with the person with ability and interest imbalance.The characteristics of their learning process in mathematics with differential forms reflected,and become more and more obvious,can be said to students difference is objective existence,everywhere.However,the data from the relevant literature and the students' homework test show that the ability of different students to solve mathematical problems is different.Addicted to the‘one size fits all'education teachers and students often feel more investment,less harvest,lack of effectiveness of student learning and teachers' teaching.In this paper,we will find out the differences between the students and the students in primary school mathematics,and give the teaching strategies.This topic first assume that most students have learning preferences;children born eager to learn,but the height of the control,highly uniform requirements,single means but to curb the desire for their children to learn,learning to obliterate the burst of inspiration;how to get the best learning effect.Then with the help of the students "learning style test" to understand the students differences,prepare for behavior in the classroom of students of different learning styles;based on the PCDP data and the student classroom infiltration degree of correlation analysis and test data,with data,study the situation of students differences;focus on the classroom teaching practice,explore to adapt to the new teaching strategies of different learning styles;through classroom observation and data collection,analysis and comparison of the new learning style differences and changes of development;through case analysis,on the accumulation of new teaching strategy,gives some teaching suggestions,exploring effective measures to solve in primary school mathematics classroom learning in different learning characteristics students.
